Currently, Venus Foods LTD. operates strictly as a B2B (Business-to-Business) wholesaler, serving trade customers only. We focus on supplying professional chefs, caterers, and food businesses with high-quality ingredients. To shop with us, you must first establish a trade account online. There are no fees to set up your account.

On the Orders History page, any orders currently in transit will display a 'Pending' status. Please call us at 0 161 2237979 to get the latest update about your order.

No, you are welcome to fill your shopping basket and leave it over several hours or even days. Your basket contents are saved and will reappear every time you log in, until you either remove them or finalize the purchase.

Visit the Orders History page to view active orders. You may edit or cancel your order provided you do so before the designated cutoff time.

We deliver exclusively to trade customers located within a 10-mile radius of our main warehouse.

For orders less than £150 will incur a £15 delivery surcharge. We understand the financial challenges currently facing businesses and strive to keep our costs low. However, significant rises in transportation and energy costs across the UK necessitate this small fee for smaller volume orders, ensuring we can maintain service reliability for our trade partners.

To avoid any delivery fee, you may choose to collect your order from our warehouse at no extra cost, or ensure your order value reaches £150 or more to receive free delivery.

We accept all major payment methods, including cash, debit and credit cards, commercial/business cards, and open banking solutions—the choice is yours. There is no fee for using a personal debit card, personal pre-paid card, or personal credit card. An additional fee applies to all commercial cards (also known as business or corporate cards) and other card types.
